Our chef offers a variety of dishes, created using fresh seasonal produce, which you can enjoy in the colourful, refined dining room or on the terrace in the shade of the Glycine.
The dishes are inspired by the land, the sea and its rivers: the gastronomy gives pride of place to fish, meat and poultry from the region; simple, tasty and generous dishes... with a touch of originality.
Practical information
Our restaurant "La Glycine" in Fontenay le Comte, the architectural pearl of the Vendée, is open Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 2pm and 7pm to 9.15pm. We are closed on Sundays.
It's also the ideal venue for your seminars, family meals and banquets. We also have an additional modular room on the ground floor.
